Eclectic Studios is proud to have provided web and visual design solutions to local Cincinnati and international businesses for more than 10 years. Founded in 1996 and incorporated in 1997, Curt Staubach and Dan Johnson saw a need for the emerging trend of commercial websites to be more in sync with the overall marketing and branding efforts of companies. Web design at the time was clunky, unattractive, and slow. Most web development was under the control of the technical elite—IT staff and programmers. Eclectic Studios made its mark by placing a strong emphasis on site usability and marketing, both of which had been largely neglected. The company soon achieved a reputation for delivering excellent design and web craftsmanship as well as taking a genuine interest in the way their client's web initiatives interfaced with the rest of their corporate goals and operations. This naturally evolved into creating marketing strategies that were not only about the website, but encompassed the entire brand.
