Business Practices

Several of our clients have commented on how refreshing it is to work with a company that has such high ethical standards. We at Eclectic Studios have a very strong sense of fair play and ethical responsibility to our clients, to ourselves, and to the audience. We believe in delivering the best possible product we can in terms of design, functionality, compatibility, usability and longevity. We want all of our clients to be ecstatic about the quality of work and service they receive.

Ownership
All work we do is considered work for hire. Thus, all creative work becomes the property of our client. We only ask to use the work in our portfolio.

Estimates
The total estimated cost for a project is based on based on estimation or the time and materials it will take to complete. Most work is performed at a $100.00 per hour scale and our experience as to how long each phase of the project will take.

Billing
In general, we ask our clients to pay the estimated cost of the Strategy stage at the beginning of the project. This stage generally takes only 1-2 weeks. During the course of the project we send monthly invoices for the production time that has occurred up to that point. This procedure provides our clients with the current status and cost of the project. All invoices are Net 30.
